About Jayson & Alisha

We are both busy parents, that completely understand how difficult it can be to focus on your health and fitness with a four year old and a newborn, time is the most valuable thing we have!

Alisha has gone through her own transformation after gaining 30kg in her first pregnancy following this program she worked her way back down to her pre-pregnancy weight, shaped the body of her dreams and took all the concepts she has learnt over the years and applied them to her second pregnancy to be able to remain active, strong and fit. Alisha will be able to share her knowledge of the pre and post - partum body.

Jayson is an expert in the field and has worked with 100s of women to help them break through mental barriers, set themselves scary goals, motivate and encourage them to be the person they know they are deep down inside. His dedication to your results and journey is something to behold and you will feel truly unique and significant!
